The Coweta County Recreation & Parks
Department oversees a variety of parks and
play areas and special programs and is an integral part of the community.
Children and adults of all sizes, ages and
shapes take part in the quality sports
program and the facilities that both
counties have to offer. For

The recreation department also offers
classes in aerobics, youth art, adult art,
ballet, baton, dog obedience, karate,
kick-boxing, aerobics, judo and wrestling.
Sports that are run through the recreation
department are youth and adult basketball,
baseball, flag football and youth
football. Also, church, industrial and
open league softball teams are run through
the recreation department.
